Be at the Rent Guidelines Bd. Final Vote - & Tenant Rally - Thurs.,June 21

On Thursday, June 21, 2012, tenants will convene at the Rent Guidelines Board for its final vote of the year, and make clear that

• Tenants cannot afford to keep paying higher and higher percentages of their (low!) incomes in rent
• The RGB should make up for its past enormous overestimates of landlord costs (and the resulting too-high rent increases). 
• We need an RGB that is accountable to the people whose lives are affected. 

Be there before the 5:30 PM beginning of the Final Vote session.
